My career journey began in the U.S. Air Force and evolved to include software design, training, and telecommunications hardware sales before pursuing an MS degree in Counseling Psychology.
As a counselor, I worked in private practice with business professionals, led career transition workshops, and supported clients reentering the work world after taking time to evaluate their next steps. I also worked at an inpatient substance abuse treatment center inside a correctional institute.
I brought that experience back to the business world as a sales trainer and business development consultant before returning to sales for a global business development professional services firm.
In addition to my professional accomplishments, my personal journey reflects my dedication to growth and achievement.
During my time as a consultant, I experienced a major life challenge that changed my trajectory. At 45, I started to transform my life through disciplined goal-setting. I focused on living a healthy lifestyle. That led me to lose (and maintain) over 40 pounds and to run over 200 races including 18 marathons and an Ironman triathlon.
Credentials and Training
I'm one of only 3,500 coaches globally to achieve the Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential. Achieving the BCC goes beyond standard coaching credentials—it requires additional education, comprehensive training, and thousands of hours dedicated to supervised clinical experience.
With over 30 years of experience in coaching, consulting, counseling, and sales, I have developed a unique approach that blends empathy with strategic insight. I partner with my clients to unlock their potential and guide them toward meaningful personal and professional growth.
